[atari7800] New digital signature generator

Well, one item of note is Bruce Tomlin has developed a platform independent
digital signature generator. This is because a78sign uses some specialized
math libraries which are not generally available. So Linux & Mac users can
rejoice. (Well, maybe not Mac until someone updates MacMESS.)
