AS I said at our meeting, I had an inquiry to run by you. We have a bill in
our state Legislature that would allow bicycles riders to ignore stop signs
whenever they believe it to be safe. We, and other groups, got the bill
stalled this year, but it will come back next year. Their basic argument is
that it works fine in Idaho. What do you think of the policy of allowing
bicycles to ignore stop sings, especially in urban and suburban areas?
Can you be of any help?

bay area with my mom. Her surgery went fine and she is healing. Thanks for
