Dear DTM Community Members,
This email contains important information regarding pre-read materials for
those planning to attend the upcoming virtual TC meeting relevant to matters we
will be voting on.
DTM Idea Accelerator: We are excited to co-host a workshop with Dr. Kathryn
Jablokow, the director of the Engineering Design and Systems engineering
program at NSF. This workshop will be held on Tuesday 8/16 from 10:50am-12:10pm
CDT in Midway Suite 5.
TC Meeting: As a reminder, we will be meeting from Tuesday 8/16 from
6:00-7:00pm CDT in Midway Suite 5. If you have any new business or
announcements you wish to be reviewed at the TC meeting, please email Jessica

Student Poster Session and Happy Hour: Immediately preceding the TC meeting the
DTM TC will be co-hosting a student poster session with the B-Part Fellows
program in Midway West Foyer from 4:10-5:50 pm CDT on Tuesday 8/16. Hot hors
d'oeuvres will be served and drinks will be available. Please plan on attending
to hear from some rising stars in the DTM community and provide formative
feedback on research endeavors.
