Dear Anish and others,
Yesterday Arvind, Madhav, Manoj, Akanksha and I had a joint meeting to go over
AWP for next six months, and figure out way ahead with suggestions for specific
responsibilities. Akanksha is filling in suggestions/proposals in the AWP file
and will share by tomorrow.
We need to focus on getting some more team members on board as research
associate / assistant level. This is urgent to ensure a functional team in
Amravati and we need to line up persons for Nagpur and Nashik ATCs as well over
next couple of months.
As you are going to be in Episteme and meeting lots of people, in addition to
other aspects related to AS, it will be good if you can focus on this aspect
and try to net a few promising candidates. We require one or two persons for
Dharni (along with Akanksha) and 1-2 persons to cover other POs in Amravati
ATC. Others can in parallel try to figure out some fast tracks.
