Madhav should talk to Prem directly and then with Nilesh/Rashmi.He can also
ring up Ravi to figure out.Gajanand should be explored - again Madhav can talk
to Gajanand and Tultul.Haven't you already talked to Kartik and mentioned that
he is not too sure. Again, Madhav can take this forward.Madhav can probably
explore with Gopal Rathi for admin support / formats / posters/ forms / notices
etc.In that case Mahesh should become part of one of the teams.
Can we do one intensive round today and exchange notes by the night.
Need to finalise dates with Shoba B, Kisore P and Mukesh M and then move to get
orders issued asap.
And you are right, this has to be one of the top priority issues for next day
or two. Let's get the minimum teams in place, to begin with. Thanks
Rajesh

Dear Anish and Nitika,
Am getting to be nervous about the evening sessions now. Have people been
talking to others like Prem, Ravi, Kartik? What progress?

Dear All,
I had a telephonic conversation with Uma, she is planning the sessions for the
Nashik workshop.
Major points discussed with her:- three compulsory sessions in the Nashik
workshop instead of four- a compulsory session of Child Development - apart
from the Amravati workshop sessions, sessions on Jodo Gyan and Multi Lingualism
are being planned- still thinking of some more sessions and movies

Dear all,
The supporting evening and night sessions made a difference in the Amravati
workshop. We should continue with that approach in the Nashik ones. Can we ask
resource persons about their availability? There is a problem here as the three
workshops are separate, we can only have people come for a few days and leave,
unless they can commit for a longer time. We might have to diversify too.
Best, Anish
