Greetings from Eklavya!Hope you are fine. We are happy to hear from Mukuldi (Ms
Mukul Priyadarshini) about your interest in working with Eklavya. Right now, we
are in the process of building teams for some old and new areas of work. These
are:
- Work on science education and on multilingual education with Ashram
Schools run by Tribal Development Department, Maharashtra.
- Hoshangabad district initiative to work with teacher-education
institutions, teachers and on providing educational inputs located within the
community.
- Work in Badwani and Mandla districts in tandem with other organisations
community-led education interventions - e.g. SMC strengthening, improvement of
the school structure, setting up experiential spaces like Shiksha Protsahan
Kendras.
- Work on children’s literature and publishing (Chakmak and title
publications).
- Work in rural areas around Bhopal on reading abilities through community
engagement - such as setting up libraries in villages through women’s
involvement.
