I just tried this on an ARMX6 OS 5.23 (18-mar-2016), alignment exceptions
'On', and got exactly the same result as you did. Also, invoking via the
menu produced the same error.
Yes, that is a known bug on many of the more recent RISC OS platforms, and I
have already fixed it. This will be in the next release.
Sorry, I am still overwhelmed with other work, but I am still determined to
get ArtWorks 2.X3 out as soon as I can manage. Anyone who has pre-ordered
the new version and is tired of waiting can cancel their order and get a
full refund.
