[artworks] Ellipse tool - From centre option

Is there a way of changing the Ellipse tool - "From centre" option to be
active by default. I rarely need it with the option unticked. I've tried
"Customising" ArtWorks by setting the option and then re-saving in
ArtWorks > Auto > DefDoc but on re-loading AW the option remains
unticked.
