[artworks] Duplicate page icon

Martin is there any chance you could add a Duplicate page icon to the
Toolbar/Infobar. Clicking Menu button and then scrolling down to Page,
then scrolling across and down to select Duplicate page can be
tidious.

Come to the WROCC meeting in Wakefield on Wednesday 4th August where I
am giving a talk on using the Page/Duplicate page features to produce
simple animations.
