[artworks] AWViewer 2.10 with multi-page and full screen support

Following the introduction of multi-page ArtWorks documents with the
release of ArtWorks 2.7, it was suggested on this list that the free
ArtWorks Viewer could be extended to serve as a simple presentation
package by allowing the user to step through the pages of multi-page
ArtWorks files and by offering a full screen mode. I have implemented
both these suggestions and a few minor user interface improvements in
AWViewer 2.10. The new version also comes with an updated AWRender
module with several bug fixes and an extended programming interface to
allow client applications to access the document's page structure.
