difficult to say.
compare to the LOT 767 that did a belly landing at Warsaw.
They noticed hydraulic issues early on but continued from Newark
over the Atlantic to burn off fuel finishing with a belly landing
due probably to some misunderstaning how the secondary gear release
was to be used.
