you are in vacuum. 20..40kV/mm ( be careful with electrode geometry.)
and that is the lightest dielectricum available.

Lightest, yes, but the power engineers have some non-obvious issues, like recovery from arcing (they don't think trying to prevent it is 100% reliable), that may favor SF6 (or SF6 diluted with N2) over vacuum for operational high-power systems. I don't know the details well enough to assess the tradeoffs for powersats, but I know there are subtleties there.
