It is. Oh, you mean with *peroxide*? :-)
As others have already noted, permanganates are strong oxidizers, and
mixing them with a fuel is ill-advised and dangerous. At best the two
react immediately; at worst they sit and wait to catch you off guard.
The Purple Menace can be sneaky.
Unreasonable Rocket tried a very small mixing test with isopropyl; nothing
happened, just sat there. They tried a somewhat larger test and let it
sit for a day; nothing happened. So they mixed a still larger batch, and
it sat there quietly for thirty seconds and then went PLOOIE! Nobody
hurt, fortunately.
