Then it wouldn't be a hybrid anymore, just a biprop, which isn't such a

We, as Space Launch Corp. fired paraffin with 98% HTP in 5" motors for
SRI back ~2004 at our Mojave test facility. Regression rates were too high,
the opposite problem we had with HTPB/Al.

quite a few years. Brian E. studied under Professor Ken Kuow at Penn State

I doubt there are many engineers in the world who know more about paraffin

When I talked to Brian E. I recounted to him how I first became acquainted
with SPG many years ago. IIRC, your friend Dave was selling them phenolic
liners and you and Dave put me in touch with them. That turned out to be a
good deal.
