Dunno if I looked right but the large dia tube seemed to be the turbopump
exhaust? If so the ice on it may indicate the gas generator did not light?
I
wonder if the igniter worked fine but they froze their main LOX valve,
One possibility considering the humid environment at the cape though they know
about it and how to protect against it,
a GN2 or GHe trickle purge. This was what killed Amrocs first flight test at
VAFB back in the 80's. Lack of a main LOx valve purge caused the valve to only
open about 10% and the rocket sat on the pad and burned up.
