This sounds promising for a hybrid! Without getting into specific
proprietary / secret information, can you tell us more about how this is
achieved?
Any hybrid should be higher density than a liquid, since wax, HTPB, or
nylon are all more dense than RP. If the fuel is metalized that
increases even further. Especially if you use marketing numbers that
don't count the port through the fuel grain in the fuel grain density
and don't mention that a hybrid can't ever be as structurally
efficient as a pump-fed liquid.
Isp, engine stability, throttleability, consistency, are also
interesting questions. And for multi-stage rockets, propellant
residuals become very important and are much more difficult.
