Hello Andre, is your thread NPT or straight? IUf the former then
PTFE(Teflon) tape with Krytox or Fluorolube has always worked with my LOx
systems.
If it's a straight thread then you need some kind of seal like an O-ring,
copper or alum crush gasket plus Teflon tape. This is assuming a clean well
cut thread inside and outside. If it's galled then all bets are off and the
threaded will need to be repaired.

Did some N2 pressure testing today and are experiencing small leaks past
our ex medical oxygen cylinder neck thread. Teflon tape did not help. Also
used as much force as we could muster to get the taper thread to seal. Does
anyone have any tips for sealants or otherwise to solve this issue. All
other joints and valves are ok.
