I don't know if it's the low end or the high end of that you're
looking for, but cryogenic epoxies have made huge steps in the last
decade. My impression is that on most launch vehicles now things like
slosh baffle posts in LOX tanks are just glued in from the outside,
rather than welding them and damaging the temper. The photo here shows
doubler plates attached using dozens of these pins that have been
clearly re-inspected multiple times as they have a series of faded
sharpie marks around them.
