Great video, lots of sparks. How much post processing from print to test?

Sharing the first hot fire video of our Engine-1 development engine
(occurred yesterday)
video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnuGOHYjU2s
- Engine spec - RP-1/LOX, 500 lbf thrust, 350psi chamber pressure, 3d
printed in Inconel 718, pressure fed, regenerative cooling, GOX/Kero
augmented spark igniter.
- 5 second run at a target 1.5 OF ratio (design is 1.8 OF ratio). Was
probably in between 1.5 and 1.8 in the actual run (still reviewing data).
- A problem with our main LOX valve leaking when pressurized was
observed right before ignition.
- Hard start - engine survived.
- During the stable part of the run, we had a stable 320 psi of
chamber pressure.
- Not a clean stop - likely due to our main lines purge which was N2
instead of LN2 that day.
Our team will be analyzing the data, inspecting the engine, resolving
test stand issues (main LOX valve mainly) and preparing for more tests in
early 2018.
Feedback, questions, observations welcome.
Thank you for all the valuable information which helped get us to this
milestone. This is the first hot fire for our permanent test site, first
handling of LOX and first engine hot fire attempt for our company and team.
Many more milestone to achieve ahead.
