Do you do anything special at the fiberglass-graphite boundary to prevent
flowing hot gasses from touching the aluminum shell??
Once I made an aluminum nozzle powder coated with ceramic. (professional powder
coating). It was a clone of an Aerotech 98mm solid b/c the nozzle was gone.
FWIW, it didn't work.
