Good point. OK, for 10 KT, MIT sez the 1 psi overpressure distance is
1.9 miles. Call it two miles to provide extra safety margin for any
nervous furriners :-) and let's get that viewing site organized. (Fast

Seriously, I'd be shocked if public viewing were to be allowed at less
than some considerable multiple of the 1 psi radius, lawyer-averse
safety culture being what it is these days. Oh well. But I'd still rent
an RV and drive out to see whatever actual bulk tests take place. Good
excuse for a gathering of the clan, ya know?
