I want some margin, and I currently have three working solutions that do 8
to 10 G and
skip the COCOM /ITAR limits. They vary in price from $80.00 to $7K.
The $7K Solution is a Novatel OEM 615V $2K with COCOM removal for and
additional $5K.
I've not said much about the other solutions in writing because of the
ITAR issues....
You can see progress on the SDR version in Philips blog post.

Paul,
Dumb question for you ...
I recently saw your Space Access 2016 slides. I see you're shooting for a
GPS that can maintain lock at 10+ G.
However, in your Dec 2015 post you mention you already have a GPS solution
that can go up to 5 G.
IIRC, you can get to orbit w/ only 4 G. Why not just limit acceleration of
your rocket to 4 G and go w/ the GPS you have?
I know that adds propellant and mass, but seems like a solution that you
could build today, w/o further delay.
Thanks,
Thom
