Assuming the Falcon Heavy launch succeeds. Which, as Elon has already
noted in connection with FH #1, is not to be taken for granted. (The
average launch-failure rate for small satellites is rather higher than the
overall rate of launch failures, because it's common for their owners to
seek out especially cheap rides on early flights of unproven launchers.)
