After the moon was successfully and solely wetted by US pee
(political) interest vained fast.
( IMHO it was a brilliant move by Kennedy to turn away from direct
confrontation to a more civilized match up. Sadly they shot him.
today we are back to direct confrontation driven by madmen. )
What a revival would need is
A: political interest
B: a visionary enabler to work that interest. extinct.
