I have just uploaded a release of 5.24 for TiMachine / Titanium users to
our download site for those machines.
The login details can be found in the inside-back-cover of your welcome
guide, or in the same location in the digital copy supplied in the
"Documents" folder on your main drive.
Please note that this has been prepared as an "official" release (ie. with
full upgrader and roll-back facilities). This is because it is based on
ROOL's official 5.24 release, which is set in stone. Therefore there
seemed no point in releasing it in a "test" form.
Since it is 5.24, it is officially a "high vector" ROM and you'll need to
update your copy of Aemulor (if you haven't already) from
http://www.sendiri.co.uk/
It is my hope that/intent a low vector ROM will happen to maintain parity
with our other systems, but as yet, still no word from Elesar.
As a side note, feedback from other users testing the ARMX6 high vector
ROM is positive (provided you have various up-to-date software upgrades).
The only problems reported tended to be with a handful of legacy 26bit
programs under Aemulor. Of course, this is all rather anecdotal.
I have updated my own TiMachine with this upgrade, and do recommend it for
all Ti users. Note that should you encounter any difficulties due to it
being a high vector ROM, the supplied tool will allow you to roll back to
the previous version at a click of a button, so it's very straightforward.
This update is particularly recommended, incidentally, because it contains
two significant fixes. Firstly, the bug fix for VFP-based software (which
was in ARMX6 update from Feb) which resolves issues with !SciCalc and
prevents crashes on exit with !Quake, and also improves stability with
various VFP-enhanced software such as Otter Browser, PDF, mplayer and
more. The second improvement is the "wibble fix" mentioned in a previous
email last month, which is now in ROM.
Of course, there's other good stuff too, but I definitely think it is
worth an update :)

PS, next stage will be to begin work on Super Packs (SPs) that update disk
image for the various machines. I'm also testing the Beagle/panda ROMs.
