On 6-Oct-2020 in csa.misc, Tim Hill described adding a SATA SSD to a Pi
3B+ via a USB adapter, so I bought the same items and successfully
formatted the SSD for RISC OS with HForm.
The disc is readable and writable also on Iyonix under OS 5.28, but the
ARMX6 hangs completely if the disc's USB cable is inserted whether before
or after a fresh boot.
It would be nice to have the flexibility of using this SSD attached to the
ARMX6 as well as to the other machines. What might the problem be?
