I've now tracked it down to Pinboard 2 beta 7 (28 May 2022).
Uninstalling it makes the Free option on RAM display the window
correctly.

If you're having this problem, and it seems to be connected with Pinboard
2, it might be worthwhile to send me a copy of your "Pinboard" and
"PinSetup" files in !Boot.Choices.Boot.Desktop.
Before you do so, please also check that all the entries in the file
exist, in case there's something odd there (we won't know if your links
are valid or not).
Also, have you saved any files/items to pinboard that aren't links/pins?
This *may* allow us to reproduce the problem. Or may not. We'll see, but
we need to try and gather some evidence/data to help the debug quest.
