[argyllcms] scanin error opening tif

Hello,
I'm new to Argyll and the list. I'm trying to make a camera profile using the
ColorChecker SG. The tif file is ~25 MB, shows the chart edges, and is located
in the Argyll ref folder. When I enter:
scanin -v h4_ag_kf32_l+l_rm_130509.tif ColorCheckerSG.cht ColorCheckerSG.txt
I get:
TIFFOpen: h4_ag_kf32_l+l_rm_130509.tif: Cannot open.
scanin: Error - error opening read file 'h4_ag_kf32_l+l_rm_130509.tif'
Might someone be able to diagnose the problem?
