is there a way to measure absolute XYZ values with dispread, where Y relates to luminance?

No, because the profile creation can't use CIE absolute readings
(note, not to be confused with ICC absolute!).

You can compute it using LUMINANCE_XYZ_CDM2 info at the top
of the .ti3 file, or take readings manually using spotread,
which does by default give CIE absolute readings.
