I have no idea of the details but as the specs say, the Plus has a maximum
luminance of 2000 nits rather than 1000.

Please excuse my ignorance but “how can a colorimeter offers a greater--

The hardware is the same as what xrite offered, just rebranded, and more
expensive.
The Plus offers a greater dynamic range, for HDR displays.

Hi all,
just found out, that the former X-Rite i1 Display Pro colorimeter are now
sold
under the brand Calibrite as several versions of "ColorChecker Display".
I found this comparison
https://calibrite.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Calibrite-Calibrator-comparison-chart-EN.pdf
which let me assume that the hardware in the plus version is different
from the "normal" and "pro"
version. The hardware of "normal" and "pro" seems identical.
Does anybody have technical specs of the hardware sold?
Does andbody know how the hardware is identified when plugged in?
As we have still january: I wish you all a happy, healthy 2022.
Best regards
Andreas
