[argyllcms] Recovery of uncalibrated tiff image

Hi everyone,
I have a tiff file conversion question.
I have some images from a camera that was calibrated with an incorrect ICM
file. If I have the ICM file and the bad image, can I recover an uncalibrated
image using the likes of cctiff?
Could I then recolour the recovered image with a correct ICM file to produce a
properly colour-corrected image?
