[argyllcms] Monochrome profiling

Hi,

I noticed the print greyscale option in targen (1.3.0), however
colprof does not seem to be able to process it, I noticed the IMP_MONO
conditional in profout.c...

I've attached the file I got from my Munki using my HP Photosmart and
some cheap (HEMA) matte photo paper.
