[argyllcms] Influence of the root window setup on Argyll measurement

Hi,
using Ubunto 8.10, XFCE, an image loaded in the background and root-tail
writing to the root window.
When I run dispcal, it places semitransparent windows for measuring over
the root. Am I missing an option or what is broken?
(Some silly thing in XFCE I guess... Never had that problem with
WindowMaker on SuSE)
