[argyllcms] Ideal Calibration file

Hi List

A short question:

I need Ideal Calibration file, which will not change anything, but  will be 
applied in profile.
It will be used to limit colours, for example:

C95, M90, Y87 … and the rest not to change.

Is this possible?
