Unfortunately PayPal Australia is now making you jump though
hoops to have a PayPal account (proof of address, proof of age,
"Mission" statement so far - it keeps changing), and without
any notice, they have suspended the PayPal account used for
ArgyllCMS donation.
I'm in the process of trying to get this fixed, but there
is no indication from PayPal when or if they are going to fix it.
I'll post again if there when or if there is any change in this
state of affairs.
