[argyllcms] Display Calibration with Colorimetry Research CR-100 CR-250

Hi Graeme,

What are the chances of adding support for these instruments? The CR-100 is
a tristimulus colorimeter and the CR-250 is a spectroradiometer. I have
access to both and can assist depending on how complicated adding support
is.
