[argyllcms] Debian packages for 1.0.3

Hi all,
I'm in the process of adopting the Debian packages for Argyll, so they
can be part of Debian proper rather than (or in addition to) Christian
Marillat's unofficial Debian-Multimedia repository. I based my work
on his packages, and am working to bring the results to Debian
standards.
Preliminary packages are currently available from
http://people.debian.org/~lolando/. The "intent to package" bug
report used to track progress is at http://bugs.debian.org/498396.
Testing and feedback welcome.
