[argyllcms] DTP20 feature request

Hi Graeme,

Would it be possible to add battery status (percentage, like in PULSE
ColorElite software) to printread and spotread. Several times had to quit
reading due to low battery, both in tethered and un-tethered mode, wasting a
lot of time. Would be nice to know in beforehand if battery is low.
