I'm using the old great Logo ColorLab Utility.
It's possible to open any ti* file (ti1, ti2, ti3) in it.
By default it will open Lab values. If you need device values (CMYK) -
just choose "File">"switch to reference".
It's freeware, it's still available at Xrite web site:
