Hi,
either a USB problem (try a different port etc.),
or the ColorMunky hardware has failed. If you have eliminated
the first possibility, then check the latter by using X-Rite drivers
(on OS X or MSWin), and see if it also fails. If so, and it's still
within warranty, contact X-Rite.
