Yes, the driver provided by the Argyll CMS Windows distribution:
Argyll_V1.9.2\usb\bin\amd64\libusb0.sys
Or.. well.. I believe the hardware driver is this one. If no, sorry for the
mistake :-)

« open source driver »? Do you mean Argyll libsub.dll?

Windows 10
Hello Roger,
thank you! This piece of news is really comforting :-)
No problem about Argyll's driver: as I could see in the official
documentation, the results returned by the open source driver are
comparable to those of the Gretag McBeth one.

Hello Marco,
Yes, all EyeOne Pro spectrophotometer are supported under Windows 10. But
your need to use Argyll’s own USB driver – not GretagMacbeth driver.

10
Hello,
I'm a new subscriber of the Argyll CMS mailing list from Italy.
My thanks to Graeme Hill for his work and to the Argyll community
supporting this awesome software.
I would like to submit you a question on the Eye-One Pro spectrometer rev.
B, a discontinued instrument produced by Gretag McBeth. Consulting the
Argyll CMS documentation, I found these pages:
https://www.argyllcms.com/doc/instruments.html#i1p
https://www.argyllcms.com/doc/i1proDriver.html
where the Eye-One is described as well supported by Argyll CMS :-)
Could anyone confirm that Gretag McBeth Eye-One Pro (revision B) is
supported by Argyll CMS installed on a Windows 10 personal computer
(notebook), both for monitor and printer profiling?
Thank you for your replies!
Best regards,
Marco Carlotto
