Hi,
        I don't think so no. The illuminant and sensor form a system
much like a reflective reading colorimeter. The output of a scanner
is effectively "RGB" reflectance, with the spectral sensitivity
of each channel determined by the product of the illuminant and
sensor spectral characteristics.
