GStreamer 0.10 and 1.0 are installable in parallel. gst-inspect is an
alias to either gst-inspect-0.10 or gst-inspect-1.0. I suspect you have
compiled aravis using gstreamer 1.0 and try to list the installed plugins
using gst-inspect-0.10.
