I have Disk Copy Fast which can be used to copy a floppy disk track by
track, and optionally format the destination disk while writing to it.
It will also verify the data written to the destination disk after
writing each track.

The destination disk can be the same as the data originated from, if not
write protected, which makes it a very good way of totally refreshing
the disk.

But I make a copy of the original disk before I refresh it... just in
case!
