Hey Alex!
Welcome to our list. In order to make your NVDA read Arabic you need to
have one Arabic TTS installed in your system. Currently, there are no
open source or free Arabic tts availlable. commercially there are 2
choices: buying the vocalizer voices from www.vocalizer-nvda.com or
buying infovox from your distributor.
