My Mom's brother-in-law has always had a way of getting into predicaments
that no one can figure out. My Grandpa fondly it a "Ferro F-U" I'll let you
fill in the blanks.
He did it again on Saturday when he managed to run himself over with his
car. ??
They had to call the paramedics as he was pinned but declined going to the
hospital - there were no broken bones. He finally went today because he had
wounds opening and there was swelling. They kept him because his potassium
was high. From what I understand that can happen with injuries or burns.
Meanwhile, my Aunt can't really be left alone. She's prone to falls (fell
on Easter and broke her are, then fell again breaking it again in the same
place a few weeks later) so Mom's driving down tomorrow morning to stay
with her.
This is my long, but true, way of saying I will be absent tomorrow since we
are a one car household - I will hold down the fort and play endless catch
with Reggie.
