Just another comment or two- you got my wheels turning…..
Sometimes wearing a lightweight legging underneath (like the Circaid capri) can
help a garment grip and years ago, Ethel Földi responded to a question about
thigh bandaging slipping down in Lymphlink by advocating to use an Idealbinde
wrapped from proximal to distal as a first layer that then offered a greater
‘grip’ for all subsequent compression applied.
Just two thoughts!

Subject: [External] [aptaoncology] sticky wrap to keep thigh reduction kit from
slipping
Hi,
I have a pt using a reduction kit but it falls down from her thighs during the
day. She heard that there was "sticky wrap" that you can put underneath it to
keep it up. I remember hearing about this in a CE course 5 or so years ago but
can't remember what it's called. Does anyone know about this? Thanks,
Megan
