[aptaoncology] PT in Hayes, KS area

Good morning everyone!

I have a patient who is moving to Stockton, KS and will be transferring her 
oncology care to Hayes, KS.  She just finished radiation treatment.  I wanted 
to check to see if anyone is in that area that I could refer her to for Onc 
rehab and lymphedema treatment.
