Hi,
Hoping some of you have experience with patients post omental flap LN
transfer to forearm - if so, would you please email me directly? I'd love
some guidance as my patient is finally ready for UE compression. Surgical
guidance is unfortunately minimal. It's been one of the most interesting
wound healing experiences of my career, as the flap sinks into the arm,
that's for sure!
Looking forward to the upcoming CSM content on lymphatic surgery.
