[aptaoncology] Insurance denials regarding ICD10 code R53.0 Neoplastic (malignant) related fatigue

Has anyone run into any issues with insurance denials if you all are putting 
R53.0 Neoplastic (malignant) related fatigue as the primary diagnosis code? 
This has recently come up lately with some of our claims and I was wondering if 
anyone else is having issues with this? I thought this was a billable code?
